This Privacy Policy explains how NaHora Growth collects, uses, stores and protects personal information submitted by visitors and clients using the Build Your Website tool, in accordance with applicable Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).

When you use the Build Your Website tool or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and business name;
- Telephone and WhatsApp number;
- Email address;
- City and region;
- Instagram profile;
- Uploaded logo;
- Information about the project and website goals;
- Visual preferences, including colours, style, header and selected sections;
- Other information voluntarily submitted in the briefing form.
2. How we use your information
The information submitted is used solely to:
- Understand the website concept the client wants to develop;
- Prepare a tailored commercial proposal;
- Contact the client to continue the enquiry;
- Organise submitted requests internally.
We do not use collected information for purposes other than those described above, nor do we sell it to third parties.
3. Storage and security
Information is stored in a database accessible only to authorised NaHora Growth personnel. We use technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, including access controls and secure development practices.
Administrative passwords are never stored as readable text. They are protected using cryptographic hashing, and data is transmitted between the browser and production server over HTTPS.
No claim is made that all stored personal information is encrypted beyond administrative passwords. The safeguards described above continue to be improved as the system evolves.
