Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to the NaHora Growth website and Build Your Website tool. By using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. About this website

This website presents NaHora Growth services and provides a visual briefing tool that allows prospective clients to show us the type of website they would like to commission.

2. Nature of the Build Your Website tool

The Build Your Website tool is a visual briefing configurator. It does not automatically generate, publish or deliver a functional website. Its purpose is to help clients communicate visual and structural preferences so NaHora Growth can prepare a tailored proposal. The final website is developed by our team and may differ from the initial concept.

3. Submitted information and materials

When completing the briefing form, the client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for having permission to use submitted materials such as logos and copy.

4. Intellectual property

The copy, visual elements and source code of this website belong to NaHora Growth and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without prior permission.

5. Proposals and engagement

Submitting a concept through the Build Your Website tool does not automatically create a contract or charge. An engagement begins only after formal acceptance of a commercial proposal from NaHora Growth.

6. Limitation of liability

NaHora Growth takes reasonable steps to keep this website available and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be temporarily affected by maintenance or external factors.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The latest update date will always appear at the top of this page.

8. Contact

The official contact channel for questions about these terms will be published on this page once confirmed.
